CARPET DESIGN FOR JAB ANSTOETZ - 2015

The carpet was designed as part of a competition organized by JAB Anstoetz and AD magazine. As the winner of the competition, JAB Anstoetz manufactured the carpet as a single piece.

The inspiration for the carpet »Izze« was a traditional oriental carpet. By reducing the colors and dissolving the closed forms into sketchy lines, a simple, graphic design is created that reveals a pattern despite the abstraction.
